Stay a Fighter!
Hi, my name is Stephanie I am 23years old, I have 2 girls (4yrs and 1yr) and 1 boy (3yrs). I want to be a strong healthy mother for my kids, and a good example for my family.
I have never usually had trouble losing weight after having one of my kids til the last one. I got stuck at 250 lb so in June of 2011, I started with portion control and it worked for a while I went down 40 lbs and got stuck again. Then last week I gained 5lbs.
I hope I can stay positive through this ...

I include my children in almost all my workouts. They think it is a fun game and I don't have to give up my time with them to work out... :)
