I'm not doing burpees before a race, I'm doing my regular workouts and then going outside to work on my mile pace for fun. :)
I've marathoned and half marathoned. Don't worry, I know what to do when race training and before a race. Right now I'm just having a fun time with challenging myself.

I know I'm a couple days early, but I may not have time to post on the weekend, so...
~~ If only for today: smile a little more, sing a bit off key, laugh loudly and long, dance, skip, jump, play. Eat with your hands, hug every kind soul that crosses your path. Finger-paint, face-paint, body-paint. Do something brave. Squash a fear. Get out of your shell. Wear something sparkly. Be wild, be strong, be silly.
