hi i live in wva . I am a grandmother of six and a great grandmother of seven . i have two children. i am happy married to my hubby for 55. years . love of my life . I am overweigh and am trying to lose it safely. i have been up and down with my weigh for years . lose one year regain it the next year. Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.i am eating less meat and more vegtables and fruits . moving my behind more . and singing along the way . not for all of you but myself . my voice sounds like a frog in the creek .
