Doors open April 29
First Weigh-in May 6 = Week 1
Week 12 - July 22 - 28
Final Weigh-in - July 29

* Registration will end August 26 and
the BLC44 will start September 2nd and end on November 25th!
Registration will start mid July.







08/18/19 = Started slow jogging & walking = 5-6 days
09/09/19 = Started jogging 1/2 mile non-stop on M, W, F.
09/24/19 = Ran my 1st EVER MILE non-stop, yeh! age 63/obese

My Program:
***** REMEMBER: My formula PLAN that worked for me is....
* My 7-day program = 6 days on + 1 day OFF, repeat, I dont want days off at this point.
* 1200 calories per day is the Goal per my Doctor
* Exercise daily or at least 3X per week
* Make and eat 9-cups of salad per day
* Light dressing
* Lean Protein = 2 to 3 oz per serving
* Sugar-Free Popsicle/Jello + Sugar-Free Gum
* Water = half gallon of water a day
* Take meds daily
* My formula works for me so stick to the PLAN 104
* My usual salad: Lots of lettuce, 1 cup of Nalley beans, 1/2 cup can chicken, lite ranch.
* My previous PLAN results = 280.6 lbs (04/30/20) - 267.4 lbs (05/19/20) = 12.6 lbs lost in 19 days
