Feb.2021 Lab results:
A1C = 7.5 (RX: placed on Metformin 2/8/21)... changed my carb intake to KETO effective 02/23/21.
Cholesterol LDL is = 133, should be below 100 (RX: Atorvastin 40 mg )
Vitamin D is a low # 9 = should be 30 + above. (RX: vitamin D3)

Joined Weight Watchers online = 01/29/21 for like $17.50 per month for 06 months

Diagnosis: 02/08/21 = Diabetes in my Dr. Office .. I cried

Started KETO on 02/23/21 to HELP my blood tests and to help my Diabetes/high cholesterol
Doctors office called 02/22/21 = with my 2nd lab results this evening 02/22/21:
lab results given 02/22/21 listed below:

    I live a keto lifestyle and still use my WW App to Track :-)

    * Focus on what u know a healthy body produces 85% of the cholesterol that it needs, and 15% from diet.

    I see you were on a WW team. What do you think of the new programs and wellness info they are rolling out? What made you decide to come over to Keto boards? Just curious. Before I discovered low carb/keto, I was convinced WW was the way to eat for the rest of my life.
