I did it! REached onederland! I've actually seen 198 but this morning it was back up at 200. Woo hoo! I changed a few of my foods and cut back on snacks which sounds easy but was NOT EASY. I'm doing The Writing Diet and blogging every day and trying to eat "clean" with no white sugar or processed foods. Anyways, I don't see any new blogs from you. Just coming by to say hi. Ah... I have had some challenges lately. The old habits want to creep back in. Fortunately I'm not the same person and I know what to do.... just make one good choice.. and then another... and then another. It is not about perfection. It is about slowly working in the direction of my goals. Hope the summer is going well. I have not been consistently on line although I am still plugging away at healthy living.
