Formally ELPH77. I've been a member of SparkPeople for a long time. I weigh more now than when I started. I have goals and plans. I am making my dreams a reality. I look forward to sharing my accomplishments with you.

First goal is to lose 10% or 23.3 lbs which will put me at 209.7 lbs.
Second goal is to weigh less than 200 lbs.

    Yes, the fresh fruits and veggies are yummy. Just don't overdo it at first. There is value in slow, steady steps. Some of your old foods are still good for you, and you don't have to abandon them. ^^

    Keep up the good work.. I wish I had had something like this site when I was 29 and around 250 lbs. Now I'm 47 and 450+ lbs LOL
