I know what you mean. I got on the scale today and it was going in the right direction. I don't get real excited anymore when I see that I have lost weight, but it still was a good feeling. Now if I can continue to drop the pounds that would make me feel really good. But what usually happens is that I put that weight back on and I start back to square one. Then I'll lose those pounds again. Let's keep our fingers crossed that this time I break that plateau and I go on a losing streak. Oh that would make me happy. I have to keep a positive attitude and not let anything get me down, because when I get depressed I have a tendency to eat. Wish me luck. emoticon

    Hello Suzabella,

I know where you are coming from. I have fallen off the wagon several times, but have picked myself up and dusted myself off and got right back on. I have been having a very hard time right now. I lose the weight and then I gain it back. I'm stuck in that yo-yo affect. I have been working with a Weight Management Specialist to try and get back to a normal weight loss and not gain it back. I can't figure out why I keep gaining it back on. My husband started losing weight about three months ago and has already lost 30 pounds. He only has 10 more to go. That really upset me. I have been struggling for years and he does it in three months. We eat the same things too. Go figure. Actually, I think he eats more bread than I do. Just not fair.

I didn't mean to rant about myself. I wanted to encourage you. You can do this. Just put your mind to it and stick with it. That weight will be coming off in no time. If you need to talk let me know. Good luck and much succes
