    I know what you mean. I got on the scale today and it was going in the right direction. I don't get real excited anymore when I see that I have lost weight, but it still was a good feeling. Now if I can continue to drop the pounds that would make me feel really good. But what usually happens is that I put that weight back on and I start back to square one. Then I'll lose those pounds again. Let's keep our fingers crossed that this time I break that plateau and I go on a losing streak. Oh that would make me happy. I have to keep a positive attitude and not let anything get me down, because when I get depressed I have a tendency to eat. Wish me luck. emoticon
