Hey all!

I'm not new here but I'm starting again on January 10, 2016. I want to lose 70 lbs. I'm not going to quit this time - I'm going to make it to my goal and get healthy again.

My Goals:
I'd like to lose 70 pounds and get fit again.

My Program:
Well, I'm going to start out using my elliptical and exercise bike. I'm shooting for 3-5 times a week. I'm going start eating better again. We'll see where things go from there.

Personal Information:
I'm from Minnesota living in Wisconsin. I'm a female 53 years old. Married with a very sweet beagle. I'm a big animal lover, as well as a HUGE Keith Urban fan.

    Welcome to SparkPeople and to Challenged by Arthritis. I wanted to say hi from another animal lover - I have 14 cats, 4 dogs, 2 parrots, 1 Iguana (all rescues) and too many fish to count (they came with the house when we bought it). Good for you for starting exercise and doing as much as you can - that is all anyone can expect. Rock on! Jenna
