At the encouragement of my doctor (with my own mirror as incentive), I'm here to learn how to lower my cholesterol naturally and lose 15-20 pounds in the next 3-4 months - in time for my son's wedding at the end of March!
I've never really been on a dieting program before but now it's time to get down to business and take care of me. I've been taking care of everyone else (mother, children, grandchild, husband), all while working full time and I know the stress and the lack of sleep have been a big contributor to the weight gain.
That's ALL going to change!
