Wow...I know what it's like to gain a lot of weight in just a few short years. I went from 150 to 182 in two years after having my first daughter. Lost a few pounds then got pregnant again with my second daughter and went up to 198. I was miserable. On top of all of that, I finally found the courage to divorce a verbally and mentally abusive man. I'm now on the path to recovery and finding a better body and lifestyle!
