I am a married 47years young, Part time working Mom of A girl and a boy. I have been struggling with my weight since my son was born 18 years ago. I want to not only lose weight, but have a positive healthy outlook /Mindset about my body, and in my life. And of course look as great as I Did in my early twenties ,but that would be just a bonus! Like to share some quotes here that I find relevant to my purpose here, and in my life in general; Hope they speak to you as they did me. You can not find your soul with your mind, You must find it with your heart, You must know what you're feeling, If you don't know what you're feeling, You will create Unconsciously, If you are unconscious of an aspect of yourself, If it operates outside your field of awareness, That aspect has power over you... -Gary Zukav This(above) was shared on the Adults with ADD/ ADHD TEAM. by I-AM - DEBY.Thanks Deby! Life affords no higher pleasure than that of surmounting difficulties, passing from one step of success to another, Forming new wishes and seeing them Gratified, - Samuel Johnson This one I found on my daily inspirations from Belief.net: Ride on! Rough Shod if need be, Smooth shod if that will do, But ride on!and win over ALL obstacles,And win the race! -Charles Dickens "You have to believe it to achieve it!" "When you have a great and difficult task, perhaps something almost Impossible, if you only work a little at a time ,every day a little, suddenly the work will finish itself". - Isak Dinesen "If we don't change , we don't grow, If we don't grow, we really aren't living.Growth demands a temporary surrender of Security". - Gail Sheehy What is harder than rock, or softer than water?Yet soft water hollows out hard rock. PERSEVERE! - Ovid Life is not knowing,Having to change, Taking the moment and making the best of it,without Knowing what's going to happen next. Delicious Ambiguity! - Gilda Radner

Yeah, I should have mentioned where I noticed your cottage cheese comment. It was on FancyImage's page. But I didn't know what recipe you were talking about.

I eat cottage cheese for breakfast almost daily and I have yogurt and fruit with it. I think the yogurt helps with the non-fat?

Thanks for the compliment! It was slower than most, but it is doable!

YOU really can make it happen. ONE day at a time.
