BAMEIBOO
I've been hypo thyroid for atleast 30 of my 47 years. On snythroid for years and had severe foot pain and low libido. When I quit taking it those went away. I've had lots of intestinal woes, brain fog, depression and more thanks to celiac disease-the wheat allergy. Most of my symptoms have improved with the gf lifestyle for over 2years. But the memory issue is still there a bit, have a terrible time understanding people on the phone, cell phones are a nightmare. My thyroid is well managed with natural armour thyroid. I feel better than ever in my adult life. Most days I have plenty of energy. Use to be I'd have to chose laundry and dinner or vacuuming and dinner etc. I didn't have the energy to do more than 1 or 2 chores. Now I actually have the energy to exercise and do chores. If they don't get done now its cuz I'd rather be in the pool, soaking up rays, crafting or reading! 2754 days ago
THIGHMASTEROMG
I'm the same age as you and was having similar mobility problems (hips, ankles, feet), so I know some of the struggles you are facing.
Losing 60 pounds has made a HUGE difference in my energy and my physical abilities. My feet, ankles, and hips hardly bother me at all now, and I'm walking daily for the first time in my life.
