Introduction Text I am 63 years old, retired since 2012, and a single mom to my wonderful adult son who lives with me and is my best supporter. I have struggled with weight most of my life and am determined to win the battle for good this time. I am focusing on making healthy lifestyle changes and celebrating successes no matter how small. I came to SP in 2012 but did not get serious about changing my lifestyle until another SP member told me about the 17 Day Diet. This has seriously changed my life for the better. I appreciate all of the support here and want to support others as we travel this path together.
