Living a healthy lifestyle


Looking to improve my lifestyle and stay healthy.
I am so Thankful I have joined Spark people. I have started my own team and have met some wonderful people that are so supportive and helpful to me. We help each other and know and understand what we go through on a daily basis and how much of a difficult road it can be but we find a way to just do it.
Thank you to all my Spark Friends.

My Goals:
I'd like to hopefully reach my goal weight so I can live a longer healthier life.
I want to gain a more positive attitude and to not the negativity of other people get to me.


My Program:
 To eat healthier and to stay as active as I can and my body will allow.
To continue to drink as much water as I do!!

I live alone in Rotterdam, NY with my dog who is the Love of my life right now!!!!

    I am so sorry to hear about your mom. I have stood in your shoes when my mom had two heart attacks and a quadruple bypass. I will keep you both in my prayers.
