Hi T! Thanks for taking a minute to send me a msg. : ) I haven't been running either. Last year I had a lot of trouble with my calves and just couldn't do it. I broke down and joined Weight Watchers last week and I really like it. I'm finding it really easy so far. I think I just need to try something new.
