Introduction Text I started SparkPeople almost 2 years ago and lost 20 pounds. I gained it all back (plus some) after having my baby girl. She is 8 months old and I am ready to get my body and control of my food back!! I'm ready to start this life changing journey again and there is no place I'd rather do it then on SparkPeople! WE CAN DO THIS!!

1.Get off of my Blood Pressure medicine!. 2. Wear a size 8 comfortably 3. Weigh 135 by the start of summer. 4. Be able to run/jog without getting winded (done) 5. Change my entire outlook on food. (done)

1. Track my food! 2. Get up and move!! 3. Turbo Fire and walking. 4. Be positive and realize that there will be set-backs.

My family and I have had a busy year! We welcomed our baby girl in December and moved to Germany in April! I am currently at stay-at-home mom and have decided that it's time I focus on my health as much as I do my family.

I love to read and shop! I could be a professional shopper and be happy! I love spending quality time with my family and can't wait to be able to see a new me! I'm also a die hard Steelers and WV fan!!!
