Introduction Text Hi everyone. My name is Tarah (yes that "h" is supposed to be there). I am 32 with 4 kiddos, a husband and 2 dogs. I work full time delivering mail. Right now I'm not really trying to lose any more weight but I would like to be tone and strong, if I happen to lose a few pounds along the way then whoo hoo! 😀

Lose 5 lbs Run 2 miles without stopping Fit into my old clothes Feel better about myself and in general To be a good role model for my kids

I try to stay between 1200-1400 calories most days I eat chia seeds and yogurt every morning I drink 2 cups of hot green tea daily I drink at least 8 cups of water if not 10+ every day I try to walk at least 10 minutes every day

I am from a small town in Virginia

I'm a Harry Potter nerd, and I am not ashamed!
