Becoming My Best Self
I just turned 40. Something about that makes me want to buckle down and get more physically fit. I want to give myself the best chance at health and wellness for a long and wonderful life.
I'm rethinking everything. What am I doing with my life? Am I set up for success as I age? What can I do better?
