I will first say that I have been a serial dieter for as far as I can think back...always trying to lose a few pounds here or there and never satisfied with my results. I could always be more focused, workout harder, or be on a better diet plan. I want this time to be different. This time it's more about a journey to accepting myself and being the best me possible than just about the number on the scale. I sincerely think that has been the problem all along! I've made it within 10 lbs of my goal weight once before and quit because I quite honestly didn't feel any better about myself on the inside. Learning to love myself and to treat myself with patience and kindness is what will make this journey my LAST do over!

Quotes I Love:

"Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it. "
Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

"Obsessed is a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated" -Girl*IN*Motion

"Creation is always happening. Every time an individual has a thought, or a prolonged way of thinking, they're in the creation process. Something is going to manifest out of those thoughts."
-Michael Beckwith

"All that really counts is what YOU think of yourself, your success and failures, triumphs and rocky moments. Don't let anyone elses opinion alter your image of self-worth and importance, build your character by caring deeply about what you do. Work those extra 5 minutes in your exercise because YOU care how many calories you burn. Feel good about not eating cheese on a sandwich because YOU know you can go without it!"

"Never bear more than one trouble at a time. Some people bear three kinds - all they have had, all they have now, and all they expect to have."
-Edward Everett Hale

"You are successful the moment you start working towards a worthwhile goal."
-Charles Carlson
