    I tend to be a large carb eater. So I sometimes have the same issue as you because the carbs aren't satisfying my body where protein and fiber will. I have tried a few of the recipes here on Spark for breakfast and they seem to help me last until lunch time. I wonder if the calories you are setting for yourself daily or not enough. I am 33 years old, a Type 2 Diabetic and I try to not go over 1600 calories (generally I eat about 1300-1400 daily). Have you tried to eat small snacks in between your larger meals? For me if I just try to eat Breakfast, lunch and dinner I feel as if I am hungry ALL day long. I eat fruit, sometimes yogurt, single servings of pretzel or veggie chips throughout the day.

    Hopefully we can all get your bodies under control with eating and start really shedding the pounds.

    I have started a challenge. The long trip back to health as started.

    I wish i could loose more weight but so far nothing much as happen. :(
    I find it very hard to be eat the amount prescribe by the program. Any hints anyone?? :)
