Hi SP thanks for stopping my page. I'm 27 years old from Detroit, MI and I am currently working on my Masters of Science in Construction Management at Eastern University..

However due to the holidays and dating more (going out to eat adds up!!) I gained 35pounds since November 2008 during 2009 and that is NOT cool!

I am back on my eating extra good now and working out daily! Im am so determined and focused and I refuse to give up! . SO now im on my old ways that got me to 220 and I WILL LOSE THIS WEIGHT IN 2010 DAM IT!!! Im currently 225.7 as of 7/14/10!!

As for my weight loss, I've lost about 52 lbs (I think) since I really got serious in the beginnng of 2005. But no one believes that I even weigh that much b/c of my height (I'm 5'9"). The last time I weighed myself I think I was around 265-270 or somewhere in between before I started. I did the Billy Blanks Taebo Bootcamp and I cut out fried and fast foods and I stop eating cheese. I didn't eat ANYTHING after 7..7:30 at the latest.

My motto is: No cheese, fast food, or fried foods. I was stuck at 238 for the longest!! Actually from April 06 until Nov. 06 then it started to finally move again. Since I'm getting closer to my goal it's even harder for the weight to come off. However, I REFUSE TO GIVE UP!!! No matter how many times I slip up I always get back on track..heck I'm human! No one is perfect and weight loss is a mind thing. Once you focus and get ya mind right so everything else falls into place! think that I am gaining alot of muscle so maybe that's the reason.

When I first started to workout I bought all new clothes (that was cute of course) in a size 16 b/c that what size i wanted to be as my first goal. I did that in order to motivate me. See if I dont have nothing to wear all the time then it kept me going! I WAS GETTIN IN MY CUTE CLOTHES DANG IT!! Now those clothes are getting 2 big!! So now I bought all size 12's and some 10's. I can wear some 12's now but not all. But hell its still a 12!! I wonder what size will I be at 190 if I can already fit some 12's? hmm

Thanks to SP I have really learned how much/less I actually eat thanks to the food tracker thingee.

****I will be going on a cruise and getting a FULL BODY MASSAGE as a reward to myself for achieving something that I've been trying to accomplish for life.

LTGW: 175-190 (depending on how I look)

My Program:
Insanity dvds or Jari Love Ripped to the core when I dont go to the gym.
Gym: Cardio on treadmill for 1hr, spin class, or eliptical

Strength Train w/free weights, 20/40lbs bars and machines with 60-90lbs

I also do alot of walking at work since im in the construction field.
