    I am doing the "No S" Diet as well with some success. I lost about 3 lbs. at first, but have bounced up and down through those three pounds over the last 5 weeks. Trying to actually get below them now. I tend to go way overboard with snacking and sweets on the weekend, so I am still tracking my calories and trying to stay within a reasonable range. I am doing a color chart on a calendar like the inventor suggests and that is super motivating. If I can do all 5 days of the week (Monday through Friday) successfully on track, I get to buy myself a new book on Saturday morning. Are there any tricks you've learning from it that you think are helpful? I've been doing it for the last 6 weeks now. Diana
