    I see your last comment was 583 days ago. You have a far more difficult road than me. I believe there is a Spark team named something like "More than a 100 pounds to lose." There should be a lot of help there. Youth is on your side, but 400+ certainly isn't. There are people on Spark who have lost 200 pounds without surgery/bands, etc.

    I think I would start this journey with a detailed physical/blood work up. Then buy a cheap Fitbit and start walking, every day, somehow, some way. I know with little kids, it has to be a challenge, but in a peculiar way, you have sacrifice your time with them in the short term to be around for them in the long term.


    Track all your food, good and bad days. Embarrass yourself as you "have to" enter it Get a little food scale for measurement.


    Everything I've said here you probably know, but I thought seeing it in writing might help. I remember listening to a fitness expert in a seminar. He said, "Most people know what to do, they just don't do it." Good luck and much blessing on what may be a 2 year journey to the 100's. Sounds long, but it is a journey of many small successes (and failures, track ALL food).

    Ok awesome!! Thank you so much!! I don't think I'm drinking enough. I've been doing between 8-10 glasses..but I don't think it's enough...
