You know I always find myself giving advice to others on how to do everything. This month I am going to take my own advice.
I am going to start fresh today February 1, 2018 and I am going to work hard to what I can achieve by the end of the month.
Not just with losing weight and exercising but with getting organized and just being happy. More less putting myself first.

To get back on track with losing weight and being healthy.
My Program:
I am going to start this month off doing a liquid diet. I plan to do it as long as I can and then I will follow a high protein, low carb diet as that is what seems to work best for me. I will be doing my Leslie Sansone walk videos and may even use my Planet Fitness membership.
Personal Information:
Grandmother (Maw Maw) of 3 amazing children. Granddaughter who will be 12 in July, Grandson who will be 4 in July and another grandson who will be 2 in October.
