2nd Annual Cupcake 5k. Last year was my first real 5k and it was 2 days after starting my Keto life. I've done several since but not much this summer so today was rough. It was super hot and I kinda wanted to puke when done 😂 But I shaved 100lbs off myself and 20 min off my walk!! #IUsedToBeThatWayButNowIAmDifferent

I am a proud member of the Winter Biggest Loser Challenge as an Invincible Indigo!

I am a proud member of the 5% Winter Challenge as a Champion in The Kitchen! (I am super excited to keep kitchen focused! I really need to stay in my kitchen & Keto!

My Winter commitment is to just keep increasing activity and trying new things. Push to keep moving forward.

I hit my 100 lbs at my 1 year mark. I am struggling to keep moving forward. I will find my way to stop the yo-yo and keep decreasing!

My Program:
Medical Weight Loss Program thru my Dr's Office, Ketogenic. I follow No Carbs, No Sugar No Potatoes. It is a very High Fat program and I love it!



Personal Information:
I was Born & Raised in CA and moved twice to Indiana where I am for good. I have always been large and an office job has me hitting a number I swore I would never hit! My age now has me hurting and I am determined to change my life and become active!


Other Information:
I officially finished my first 5K 09/25/16 and by Spring I will beat my time of 1:15:02!!
** Beat my time on 03/11/17 at the Shamrock Beer Run 5k crossing the finish line just over 58 min! I even ran a little of it!!

***Beat that time at the ShePower 5k in Indy June 11th by 1 min! Not a lot but every little minute counts! Next I will beat that 57min!
