Introduction Text I'm 57 years young and use spark as a calorie and exercise tracker ..it works... I've always led an active, healthy lifestyle until four years ago when a career change took me over the road trucking ...OH MY GOD ...What an unhealthy lifestyle THAT was...it was impossible to stay healthy. The money was fabulous but I knew it would shorten my life and health , so I set goals and worked my a** off to accomplish them. During that time I ballooned to 171 pounds from my usual 140. I was miserable, none of my clothes fit me anymore.I was reduced to a couple of pairs of shi*** pants and shorts and hated every minute of it. FINALLY, I was able to come home and work towards getting healthy again. I was able to lose the weight I gained and tone up by strict dieting and light exercise. In as little as 7 weeks I was almost at Goal..This is a lifestyle, not an up and down fad..I feel amazing inside and look amazing outside. I've learned my lesson and am NEVER, NEVER going back to that lifestyle and those 171 pounds ever again, it was just too painful
