My health has taken a turn for the worse these last couple years. Now I have had 3 different major problems related to osteoarthritis. I am still recovering from back surgery. Next, I am going to have to take care of a hip osteo problem. I went downhill when I quit smoking and moved to another country and lost my job. I hate being this way and now my health is suffering. Time for a new plan and to stick to it.

7. Keep my visuals visual.
8. Stay PATIENT with my health as I get repaired and recover.
