I have struggled with my weight all of my life. It has been an active mission to even maintain my weight. Since I was here last I have suffered an overwhelming amount of medical issues. These issues have impaired my ability to workout, or even function on a basic level for several years. No exercise and extreme depression, mobility restraints and no activity have led me to the highest weight of my life. I was at 232lbs and using a low carb plan have lost down to 209lbs at this point. I am really tired of no/low carb, however I still want to focus on this low carb while not over indulging on the carbs. Unfortunately no diet is a good/healthy diet for me as I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol and high blood sugar. Basically nothing is good for me. So my focus is just whatever I need to do to lose the weight and feel a little better about myself. I suffer chronic pain due to back issues, surgery is not an option due to a fracture in my spine. I also have COPD, diabetes, fibromyalgia, connective tissue autoimmune disease, osteoarthritis, PAD, and more....the list is so long I can't even remember it off the top of my head. Never the less, I have few, what one might call, good days. I have a recumbent bike, a treadmill and a home gym. I hurt a lot, but plan to try and use these more and more. My first goal is to find an eating plan that will help me. I have stopped all medication except for the pain meds, because I feel like they have caused a bit of the weight gain. I am stuck and don't know what to do, just that I am not ready to give up yet. Wish me luck. Update....stopping the meds was the best move I ever made...I lost a good bit more weight and due to that I feel more like working out and moving. I am so excited to have mobility back!!

My Goals:
My first goal is to get below 200lbs. So that should be not too bad, lol. Ten pounds to get there. After that, I really do want to get to my goal of 150, but I will be happy with each interval along the way. Maybe if I can get a good plan I can even surpass my goal of 150, but will cross that bridge when I get there.

My Program:
Mostly low carb. Calories count too so I am going to try to stay low carb, somewhat and also keep my calories in check.

Personal Information:
I think I put most of this in the about me section. Facing a challenge to get the weight off.
