    I have osteoarthritis and two bad knees which need replacements but I'm not ready yet to go that route. I need to lose weight and keep it off before I have surgery. Last winter I lost 30 pounds, but this winter I regained it so I am back to tracking and exercising as tolerated. I'm wondering if anyone has ever suggested the Chair Exercise Team to you? If you have a day that your legs don't want to cooperate there are exercises you can do that work other parts of your body and are easier on your joints. Water exercises are also good for those of us with joint pain and flares of any kind. Take a look at this team for videos and likeminded individuals who can't do those jumpy bouncy get up and go kind of exercises. Do what you can, when you can, for as long as you can!
