In 2012 I joined SP after a family member suggested it, I tracked faithfully and lost 23# •restarted in 2015-2016 dropped 41# • 2019 -27#• June 19th 2020: starting over at 207 using a low GI diet & exercise: CW 190.1

The way I broke through me plateau. I changed up with exercise. I was walking 4 days a week. Now I have started doing 7 min. Home workouts everyday. I also dropped my cal. Down by 100.
