Introduction Text My nickname is actually just the initial T. When I was still in school they said that only cool people could go by just one name like Madonna or Beyonce. I suppose that makes me ultra cool since I just go by one letter. LOL! I love humor. It truly is the best medicine. I'm taking the time I need for me for once. At first it seems kinda selfish to say, or at least I think it does. However, I've never been one to shun others so I know my heart is right. I just need a little T time and I plan on sharing my journey with all my new Spark Friends. I have on SparkPeople for almost a year and I have "met" some truly inspiring and motivating people.

I am a very happy person and when I'm fit and healthy I enjoy life so much more. I simply want to reach my healthy weight goals so I don't have the struggle (all of the struggles) of being overweight.

I need to develop a program. I like to walk and take my bike to the beach. I do some strength training more randomly then I'd prefer to admit. When I get more consistant I'll update this. I always get on a roll and settle on a rock for a while. Wrong kind of rock star!

I'm a family girl. Love my family and my life in South West Florida. My favorite things to do include hanging out at the beach or an island, just about any island will do. Snorkeling, shelling, boating, water parks, theme parks in the winter (like we have a winter here).

My wish is that all people would genuinely love all people. I wish everyone could see that differences are what give us uniqueness and character. I wish every person would understand that being human is a common experience and even if that's all we have in common, it's enough to love.
