Here I am again, my friend. You are really amazing and a motivation to me to keep on exercising and eating right. Remember to think before you eat something that you know will make you gain weight. We are on this journey together! emoticon

I am so sorry that you lost your job, but you are right that it could really take you in a positive new direction. In August of 07, I essentially lost my job. It was a job that I had worked really hard for and liked--with the exception of some office drama. I was so sad about the whole thing--especially when I did not get another job until October of 2008! But, I learned alot about me during the whole process, and a lot about what I want out of life. Stepping away from that old job, I realized how awful it was for my health, saniety, and life. People that I worked with were really mean to me and did not like being around me. plus, the long hours and the stress really helped contribute to my depression and weight gain. It was a blessing in disguise to get out of there.

Now, things are much better. Being away from that job allowed me to find a new niche in life and to create a better life for myself. I am so much happier now than I ever was before!

I've been there and I know you can do this. Theres a saying that everything is alright in the end, and if its not alright, its not the end. I believe that!

    Let's keep in touch!
