So, here I am - again. I originally joined in 2008, but never stuck with anything for more than a couple months. It's been about a year since I've even checked-in on SP. I'm getting married this year, so that's part of my motivation right now. I have one bridesmaid in particular, who is extremely supportive, and another friend at work who has some weight loss goals. I'm certain that with the combo of SP and friends I see almost daily, things will go better this time. Also a bonus, my fiance is wanting to be healthier too-that certainly makes things easier. :)

Fitness Minutes: 24,889

My Goals:
*My ultimate goal is to become a healthier, happier person. Oh, and if I happen to look fabulous for my wedding in October, that wouldn't be bad either. :)


My Program:
Getting to the gym 3 times a week for strength training, and squeezing in some cardio on some of the off-days. Yoga a couple days a week to keep me grounded. Reducing processed foods, increasing fruits and veggies.

In my free time I like to read, knit, sew, cook, scrapbook, make random things, and devise messy but fun activities for the (other people's) kids in my life. But seeing as I am in the middle of wedding planning, most of my free time is spent on that. Luckily this still includes sewing, cooking, scrapbooking-type-things, making random things, and spending time with other people's children. :)
