Hi! I am BACK ON SP, ON MY TREK to get and stay healthy! My goal is to lose about 66 pounds. I previously lost 40 with SP in 2006, but due to my vertigo/migraines and my Mom's cancer, I have gained it back, as of 8/29/11. I rejoined SP 10/7/14. So this is my Third SP Trek!! I love cats and Star Trek, hence "Trekpurrson"! I'd love to get some help from others, who have sleep apnea, bad knees, pre-diabetes. All can be resolved by weight loss! We can "trek back to good health"!

My Goals:
Rejoined Spark People on 10/7/2014--my 3nd Spark Trek!

I am taking charge of my health to beat sleep apnea, by losing about 66 pounds.


My Program:
I am walking at least 30-60 minutes 5-7 times a week, and tracking, using Fitbit Zip Tracker, and Spark People for blogging.
I am continuing working on a Streak: "Don't snack mindlessly in the evening."

Below 194*(Safe from severe sleep apnea at this weight!): Done on 2/6/2015! Yay! I am halfway to my GOAL!

Out of 190's: Done on 5/1/2015! It took me 5 LONG months to lose this 10 pounds, BUT I DID IT!! About 25 more pounds to go!! On 5/8/2015, I reached 40.4 lbs lost with WW and bought new clothes! Down 3 sizes in tops and 4 sizes in jeans! Woohoo!
