My Goals:
GOALS:
1) wean myself off diet coke
2)drink 8 - 12 glasses of water daily
3) track all my food
4) 30 min. cardio 6x a week
5) 20 min. strength training 4x a week
6) 20 min. yoga/flexibility 4x a week
MAKE THIS A LIFE STYLE CHANGE.
CARE FOR MYSELF AS I CARE FOR MY KIDS.
My Program:
carpe diem!!
Enjoy what I eat, cook, try new things, eat seasonally.
Move!! Make fitness fun by trying new activities & doing things w/ friends & family.
Specific plan points:
1) follow weight watchers to get my eating back in control
2) couch to 5k running plan
3) wiiactive, wii fit & wii fit plus
4) Jillian's shred
Personal Information:
I live in central Ohio, I'm a stay at home Mom, who loves movies, books, music, cooking, swimming, walking & hanging out w/ family & friends.
Other Information:
Loving the information I am learning from Jose Cruz & Rocco DiSpirito - there books are very insightful about healthy eating.
