Hi my name is Tricia and I have been struggling to lose and maintain my weight since having the 2nd of my 2 kids, 9 years ago. I have a great workout routine, and after losing 20 pounds in about 9 months, I have been stuck for about 6 months. Still working at it though, I'm sure at this rate it will be easier to keep it off.

Lose 20 pounds (to start)
Get into a healthy body fat % range.

My Program:
 Curves - 2/3x per week. Curves Smart is kicking my butt! Yeah!!

Cardio - 4-5x per week
