Introduction Text This step for me has been a long time coming. I am taking back my life!!! My plan you ask? Taking one day at a time, even further, one meal at a time, to get up off my behind and get moving. I have let myself go for 8 years now and while I have undergone some life changing events, I have allowed myself to use those events as an excuse to do nothing, thus causing me to gain 60 pounds. In short I simply gave up on myself and today I am taking my life back. I know that with God's help I can do anything!!! So it is with a clear head and heart that I begin this incredible journey of rediscovering myself and finding a brand new ME.
