    Wow, you're at 146!! That's awesome! To have started at 189 and be down to 146 is a huge accomplishment. I can't wait to be back to 146 but like you said, for some reason, the weight is not shedding very quickly but I won't quir. I know that eventually the body surrenders and I'll reach my goal.
