To LOSE weight and to keep it off! And to especially get healthy!
My Program:
Eating less and eating the foods that are GOOD for you. My choice of exercise right now is walking 2-5 miles several times a week.
Personal Information:
I'm a Mom of 3 rowdy kids and a wife to one crazy, funny husband. We've been together for 20 years and married for 14.
