My Goals:
I want to get fit enough for a hike, tone my gravity-loving body and combat depression - the best way to do that is by spending time outside in the sun, breathing deeply and enjoying this beautiful gift of life. I want a spring in my step, a twinkle in my eye and to grab life and eat it like a watermelon (see - I've already started on healthy food options).
My Program:
Start by walking for 20 minutes after breakfast and again 20 minutes after supper. Increase the speed as soon as I go along. A few chair exercises throughout the day to tone my body while sitting at my desk and stretching and clenching while I'm waiting for the kettle to boil.
