Introduction Text It's hard to believe that I'm almost to my goal. Including weight lost before joining SP, I'm over 90 lbs. down, 25 more lbs. to go! Not sure when I'll get there...but I will get there! I will probably never have washboard abs and I will always bear the consequences of being over 100 lbs. overweight, but I'm doing it and I'm not looking back! I choose to love my body, just the way it is, right now--battle scars and all. Update: Taking weight loss break during my pregnancy. Will resume battle after we have this little one!

My main goals are to be healthy and get down to a healthy weight. Run a half-marathon - 9/22/13 Run a marathon Total pounds lost: In 2012 - Lost 40 lbs. (55, but gained 15 back) In Jan 2013 Joined SP Lost 50 lbs. - 2/05/13 Lost 60 lbs. - 3/8/13 Lost 70 lbs. - 4/15/13 Lost 80 lbs. - 7/13/13 Lost 85 lbs. - 9/4/13 Lost 90 lbs. - 9/19/13 (Taking weight loss break during my pregnancy.) Goal - 120 lbs.

Eat healthy. Want to walk minimum 30 minutes/day, 5 days a week.

In January of 2012, I got to a point that I could no longer neglect my health. I was at my heaviest weight ever and was heading for a milestone that I never thought that I would get to--300 lbs. I went to the Internet, searched for a 5K and signed up. In 2012, I did 3 - 5K's and 1 - 10K and lost 45 lbs. After my last race, I started back with my old habits and gained about 15 lbs. back. I've now started SparkPeople and have short, medium and long term goals to help keep me motivated.
