Introduction Text i'm 38, 5'2" and i've was 115lbs all my adult life, then all in the same year (2008) I lost my mom (+10 lbs), lost my dad (+10 lbs), quit smoking (+10 lbs) and lost my job of 10 years (+10 lbs), an extra +5lbs got thrown in there for good measure, all while the wonderful perk of ones metabolism crossing over from 20's to 30's... Yes 45 lbs gained in less than a year, and it stayed. Enough is enough!!! It's time to DO something and get back to my fabulous fierce self!!!

Regain the confidence of being proud of my body, not feeling ashamed and trying to hide it!

Diet: Tracking Calories to hold myself more accountable for my decisions. 38 years young and clocking in at 5'2" - shorty-rocks rule! ;) Born, raised & lived 35 years in the best city in the world - New York City! Then spent a year-and-change in Columbus, OH closing the long-distance gap with my fiancé as he finished up Veterinary School. Freshly graduated and hired at a practice, we find ourselves in Cincinnati - whew i've come a long way! Time to learn this town!
