You indicated that you wanted some ideas for working out so...
I see that you haven't really got very much to lose. I have learned from various fitness experts that it is best to do cardio AFTER weight training.
Secondly, I have it on goo authority (by the same fitness experts) that the only way to really get rid of that last bit of fat is through resistance/weight training. You will continue to burn calories long after the workout is over. The key is learning what type of routines are best targeted for FAT BURNING.
For me, I stick with a program that rotates between 2 different workout routines. Each routine in itself is mixed up (emphasis on weight resistance) using body weight exercises, machine weights, dumb bells, balls other items etc. It is designed to be aerobic due to the fact that the heart rate is elevated and the metabolism is increased during, and long after the workout is over! (often referred to as Circuit Training). After that, I do 20 min of HIIT cardio.
You can read more about it in the Spark People Fitness pages: http://www.sparkpeople.com/community/ask _the_experts.asp?q=65
Compare Cardio exercises for calories burned (notice that circuit training is more effective than all other exercises) http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitn ess_articles.asp?id=578
Just do a search for "Circuit Training" in Spark People's search engine and you will find more on the subject
