I want to be healthy. I do not want to worry so much or have my family worry about me. I want to take care of myself again. Walking, cooking, enjoying life. Right now I have lost interest in nearly everything that normally brings me joy. Time to do something different!

1. Drink at least 100 ounces of water a day.

2. Exercise 5-6 times a week.

3. Be positive with my self-thoughts.

4. Get at least 7 hours of sleep every day, and keep a regular sleep schedule.
