Introduction Text STARTING WEIGHT (04/27/09): 154lbs GOAL WEIGHT (06/11/10): 124lbs MINI GOALS TO ULTIMATE GOAL: START: 154lbs 1st GOAL: 145lbs (ACHIEVED! 144.6lbs on 6/4/09) 2nd GOAL: 140lbs (ACHIEVED! 140.4lbs on 9/29/09) 3rd GOAL: 135 lbs (ACHIEVED! 135.8lbs on 11/21/09) 4th GOAL: 129lbs (ACHIEVED! 129.4lbs on 1/29/10) 5th GOAL: 124lbs (ACHIEVED! 124.2lbs on 6/11/10) (FINAL GOAL WEIGHT) I've pretty much been dieting since I was 13 years old. Its been a long journey and there have been ups (barely, till now) and downs (MANY) but I have definitely learned a lot about myself and have finally done what I needed to do in order to lose the weight. For years, (for reasons I do not know) it seemed IMPOSSIBLE to lose weight, and I thought I would just have to make peace with a body I did not feel comfortable in. Thankfully, I overcame that and have given myself a body I CAN be comfortable and confident in!

Weight Goals (Start 154lbs): -145lbs (Achieved 6/4/2009) -140lbs (Achieved 10/9/2009) -135lbs (Achieved 12/8/2009) -129lbs (Achieved 3/3/2010) -124lbs (Achieved 6/11/2010) Pants Size Goals (Start Size 10): -Size 8 (Achieved!) -Size 6 (Achieved!) -Size 4 (Achieved!) Miscellaneous Goals: -Gain better posture -More confidence -Usually take "good pictures"

-Consume 1200-1500 calories (no biggie if I go over or have a "crazy eating day"...just get back on track the next day!) -Moderate gym exercise, and hopefully starting yoga soon -Consistence & Persistence
