I know you like analogies ... here's one I like that talks about getting discouraged:
"Imagine you are driving down a street where there are lots of parked cars. You make a slight error in judgment and hit one. Would you say to yourself, “Oh no! I hit a car. Oh well, I might as well just go ahead and hit all of them now,” as you continue plowing into one vehicle after another. Of course not. You would stop, assess the situation and get the information you need to repair the damage. You would go on with your life having learned a lesson to drive more carefully and not hit parked cars! When we have a set back we need to learn from it and move on!"
No more plowing into all the cars for either of us :) 3335 days ago

Thanks for stopping by my sparkpage and for the sweet comment! Sounds like you have a great plan to set yourself up for success. Like the quote from Zig Ziglar says “People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing - that's why we recommend it daily.” I took my weight loss one day at a time, often one meal at a time ... each day focus on what YOU can do to have a successful day! Best wishes on your journey to a healthier you. You can do this! ~ Jodi
