Hey! Basically every time I went to the bathroom (alot bc of all the water haha) I would do a mini workout. Whether it was jumping jacks, sink or wall push ups, squats or lunges .. I don't touch the floor or anything, but anything to get my heart rate up. I sit all day in the office, it drives me nuts. I read someone else's blog and they dud that during work hours.
