Just do it!

2019 is the Year of Me as I journey towards improved health and wellness. With a lackluster Q1, and a better Q2, it is still not too late to accomplish this goal.

My Goals:
Live a healthy fit life, NEVER quit.

Though I have loved the 5% Challenges.....taking a break from them to try something new for rest of 2019

2014 Summer 5% Challenge Results:
(my best Challenge)

Weight: Lost 11#
Hips: Lost 2"
BMI 25.5 just short of goal to achieve healthy range of 25
WHR .72
Size: 12 (from sz 14)


My Program:
100 Days of Accountability, Ongoing Chapters

Plan "Can Do" list before the start of every day.

Find positives in every day.

Did many 5% Challenge Programs. They kept me actively engaged.

Exercise 5 days for 30 min; 2 days for 10 min

Eat a healthy balanced 1200 - 1555 calories daily. 5 of 7 days will be 1400 calories or less. Holidays, family events, vacation option: max daily calories=weight x 15 calories.
Snacks are healthy choices and if not, VERY limited
No eating past 7p.



Personal Information:
Happily married with 3 terrific grown boys, 4 lovely grandkids. Took an early retirement in 2009, which presented many new lifestyle changes. Have a bookkeeping business going that has me working much too much; watch 6 yr old granddaughter 2 days weekly and grand toddler the other 2 days....and still must make time for my client work, so I am very busy all of the time.


Other Information:
Enjoy time with family and friends, mini vacations, a little gardening, and when time permits reading. Recently got interested in watercolor after a class...haven't really found the time to continue this interest.

    Uh Oh, I see you went over your calories too. I went over by a whopping 207! I had a snack after lunch and forgot to log it. Then I had a snack after dinner and thought I had more calories left than I did.

I get up early, sometimes at 3am... so I'm the first on the P.B. team, in fact on almost all my teams, to Huddle. One gal in Asia beats me on one of my teams. Have a Blessed Easter.

    emoticon Have a light dinner and if you are still hungry a small snack before bed. Drink a lot of water too!

    I have between 400 and 800 left today. I am on the West Coast though, so it is only 12pm here. I just finished a yummy lunch. Salad and a bean and cheese burrito with tomatoes on a whole grain tortilla. Delicious!

    Yay for our long walks today emoticon
