Hi there, fellow Sparkers! This is my 2nd go-round on SparkPeople. I really did great the 1st part of 2012 & lost nearly 30 lbs! Then I lost my motivation, made excuses for myself & basically stopped my journey to better health & weight loss. Life seems so much easier when you don't face your issues. In the end though, you just end up having more issues. Life is SO short. Time to get serious & reclaim my life. This time I'm doing it for me. I want to feel good, look good & be healthy. ...

My Goals:
I would like to be able to hike up Silver Falls Trail this summer without being totally out of breath & sweaty! I want to buy size 10 jeans! I want to shop in the regular clothing sections, not 'plus size' I want to be able to play tag, frisbee, baseball & other sports with my kids.
My Program:
Food: Eating more fresh fruits & vegetables, cutting back on fat & all things 'white'. Making sure I'm drinking at least 64 oz. of water a day.
Exercise: working out 5 days a week for at least 15-30 min. at a time.

I'm a Washington girl!
Other Information:
Things I LOVE.......my kids, my boyfriend family, pets, photography, camping, fishing, hiking, shopping, reading, all things Harry Potter, the ocean, the forest, traveling, Jane Austen, stamping, scrapbooking, the smell of rain, the sounds of outside, wildlife, cloudy skies, thunderstorms & birthday cake!
