Introduction Text I haven't given up yet! Like most of you, life sometimes gets in my way so I have been here several times before; but, ready to get reacquainted with SP in general and all it's tracking capabilities. Tracking things works wonders for me! (Having the energy and oomph to do it, is another thing at times.) Also looking for as much support as I can find, typically don't do well in that category at work and home, so always looking to meet/ connect with other like-minded individuals. Lose weight and lessen pain all while gaining confidence, strength and better health!

Eating healthier (more veggies and fruits. Less fat's and junk.) and exercising! +Finding alternative, better ways to cope with stresses in life, etc.

30's, single. Have some medical issues and past injuries that hold me back a bit. Work in customer service / claims field - high stress. Live with my mother - more high stress.
